What is The Virginia Miller House?

The Virginia Miller House currently operates 4 facilities; 3 geared towards behavior modification of  teens  ages 12-17, as well as 1 assessment program to suggest placement options, and level of care needed. Its founder coming from a foster care background, first as a foster child and later as a foster parent. It was then identified that there was a huge need for a place that helps teens stabilize and learn productive, healthy skills. We will work hard with the teen on reuniting them with their families or relative placement.
The Virginia Miller House is now operated by Northwest Angels Inc.

The Goal

The goal of The Virginia Miller House Program is to help residents (and their families) stabilize their behavior, begin to understand the cause of it, learn better ways of expressing their feelings, learn new, healthier behaviors, and eventually move onto a permanent home. The staff at The Virginia Miller House are trained to help the youth and families with these issues.
